Using ICA’s Official e-Service
If you are aged 15 and above, you can submit the application using your Singpass at ICA e-Service. To review the application form, you will need to log in to the ICA e-Service using your Singpass.
What ICA Considers
ICA takes into account factors such as the individual’s family ties to Singaporeans, economic contributions, qualifications, age, family profile and length of residency, to assess the applicant’s ability to contribute to Singapore and integrate into our society.
